Here you will find my ideal Food Chart from Top to Bottom, Plain & Simple, Eat more from Above then you do Below & you’ll feel, look & just plain Be a Better You.Naturally.
PURE CLEAN WATER
(Filtered & Alkaline with or without natural flavours:
watermelon, lime, lemon, cucumber slices, etc)
DARK LEAFY VEGGIES
(kale, chard, spinach, parsley, cilantro, etc)
RAW VEGGIES
(anything veggie & anything raw & organic is best)
OTHER VEGGIES
(lightly steamed veggies go here)
FRESH FRUITS
(fresh or frozen is best, as well as organic)
BEANS & LEGUMES & NUTS
(pinto, kidney, black~eyed, chick~pea, black beans,
peanuts, almonds, cashews, pecans, walnuts,
lentils, etc, organic, soaked & sprouted is best)
HERBS & SPICES
(parsley, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cilantro,
cinnamon, sea salt, cayenne, etc)
WHOLE GRAINS
(quinoa, buckwheat, brown rice, millet, amaranth, etc)

SEAFOOD
(sustainable if you must, limit to 3~4 times month)
MEATS
(organic & grass~fed, limit to 3~4 times month)
DAIRY
(please stay away from cow/goat products there is NO reason to be ingesting these,
try Brown Rice, Hemp, Coconut & Almond products instead)
SUGAR
(white, brown, HFCS, cane, it’s all bad
go for High Quality Maple Syrup or Honey instead)
FAKE FOOD
(you know the kind, processed, pre-made, in a box, white flour, chips, cookies, pasta,
hotdogs, donuts, candy, cardboard anything, also anything ‘enriched’,
with added flavor, additives, colours, etc, if it won’t go bad
on your shelf in a day or two it’s probably not too good for you)
DRUGS
(this includes everything from Beer, Tobacco, Wine, Illegal stuff &
prescription* I know some need meds, but some don’t too!)
*these categories are not great choices for your health, if you must pls enjoy in moderation*
